Comfortable handles

Friction free blade

The blade is coated in PTFE (Teflon®) for a friction free cut without binding.

Advanced hybrid construction

Using the advanced hybrid construction of FRP for its ability to be moulded, and aluminium for its lightness. FRP is commonly used is the Aerospace industry for its immense strength and its resilience to deformation. This is means the TKK63 is up to 30% lighter than competitors.

Automatic jaw opening

After each cut the jaw automatically opens ready the next cut.

Patented time saving jaw opening

The TKK63 has the unique ability of a patented jaw opening adjustment. This is a massive time saver for repeated cuts of a similar size. Generally, the jaw opens to 63mm for large pipes, but if you are cutting small pipes this is a waste of time. Just adjust the inbuilt adjusting pin open the jaw to 42mm only. This speeds up repeated cuts at a smaller diameter.
